Christopher Grundy - Christopher was my preaching teacher at Eden Seminary. I’ve blogged about one of his songs before – “Come to the Feast” is one of my favorites. I also had a very powerful experience with a youth group and his song “Clean White Paper.”
Doug Rees - My wife and I went to see Doug Rees in a coffee shop in Davenport. It was a very intimate show, and we had a great time. His songs tell amazing stories about real people. I’m proud to say that I’m his biggest fan in the Quad Cities. I’m even more proud to call him my friend.
Sara Kay - Sara’s music is filled with thought-provoking lyrics and poetry that are deeply rooted in the Bible. A self-proclaimed “Nature Girl,” she raises environmental and social justice issues with her music. Her “Mary’s Song” and “Resurrection” are two of my favorites.
Andra Moran - I discovered Andra Moran through a group Christopher Grundy helped start called Progressive Christian Artists Network. The PCAN facebook group is a great resource for worship leaders and other artists. Andra is currently working on a project of worship music. You can support Harmony Grove by following this link.
